OUR SERVICES
Practical support for professional training.
IITQ supports training institutions, educational platforms and trainers through institutional registration, trainer enrollment, professional certification and document attestation. Explore the services below and find the right route for your organization, training activity or document request.
Institutional Registration
The Institutional Registration Program, i-Reg Connect, provides a registration route for eligible training institutions and educational platforms.
- Free registration for life, subject to continued compliance with program standards.
- Registration categories suited to the organization and its training activities.
- Institutions can enroll trainers under their organization and request certificates for them, subject to the applicable service requirements.
- A registration code identifies the institution in its IITQ-related records.
Before applying: prepare your organization’s details, licensing information and an overview of the training services you provide.
Trainer Enrollment
i-Reg Connect – ENR links a trainer to an active registered institution for a specified training activity.
- The institution submits the enrollment request and verifies the trainer’s information.
- Trainer details and the relevant training activity are recorded through the institution.
- Registered institutions can request eligible certificate services for their enrolled trainers.
- Enrollment is tied to the institution and the specified activity; it is not independent trainer accreditation.
Before applying: coordinate with your registered institution and confirm the trainer information and activity details required for the request.
Professional Certification
Certificate services support eligible training courses, professional diplomas and advanced professional development programs.
- Electronic and printed certificates are available according to the selected service and program rules.
- Issuance depends on the required participant information, training records and supporting documents.
- Institutions should check names and program details carefully before submitting an issuance request.
- These services relate to non-academic professional development certification.
Need to check a record? Visit our Verification page or contact the team with the certificate reference.
Document Attestation
Request document attestation services for eligible training documents and confirmation of related IITQ records.
- Confirm the document type, purpose and eligibility with the team before submitting a request.
- Provide a clear copy and the relevant certificate or registration reference, where available.
- Documents are reviewed according to the requirements of the requested service.
- The team can assist with record enquiries and explain any additional information needed.
Before applying: tell us where the document will be used so the appropriate service requirements can be clarified.
Partnerships & official badges
IITQ partners use these official badges to indicate their partnership with the International Institute for Training and Quality, according to their status as an Authorized Agent or a registered Training Provider. Each badge carries the organization’s agency or registration code, identifying the partner and the nature of its relationship with IITQ.
Authorized Agent
Identifies an organization authorized to act as an IITQ agent within the scope of its authorization. The agency code distinguishes the agent and supports enquiries about its relationship with the Institute.
Training Provider
Identifies a training institution or educational platform registered with IITQ. The registration code connects the provider’s badge with its institutional record and the services available under its registration.
Check a partner’s details: use the agency or registration code shown on its badge when making an enquiry. Visit the Verification page or contact IITQ for assistance.
